Change is inevitable but change that secures sustainable improvement is what I am most interested in.
I like working with clients who want to manage change through deep engagement with their staff and clients. I have led consultations as well as designing and implementing engagement strategies that win hearts and minds for the benefits of change that secure genuine improvement.
My most recent work on engagement was in 2015/16 with the academic staff in the Arts, Media and Computer Games School at the University of Abertay. This project involved working directly with lecturers to revise the module descriptors for all of their courses.
